He had too many credits to list but he killed it as Sonny in the Godfather.

So sad, two of my favorite movies with him (beside The Godfather) are Misery and Rollerball, worth checking out.

Robert Prosky, Tuesday Weld, Willie Nelson co-stars. Very intense, gritty movie. Michael Mann director.

I enjoyed him in El Dorado with John Wayne and in Eraser. John Wayne and Arnuld are two of my favourite action actors. James Caan played an awesome bady

After Honeymoon in Vegas, I started to wonder if he taught Nic Cage everything he knew about acting, turning him into a super-nic Cage.

Too many excellent credits to list, but I echo 'Misery.'

I loved him in that movie.

I can’t seem to find the source but Jay Mohr has some excellent stories about filming the tv show Las Vegas with Caan.
