Default Best method to record OTA signals

I've got an over the air antenna hooked up to my TV currently to pickup HD digital broadcasts. I'd like to be able to record them similar to how VCR worked, but capturing the proper quality.

What would be the best solution? Cost is a factor - under $100 would be ideal.

If I had the time and resources, I'd pick up some sort of media computer and set it up for this type of thing - but I really don't want to spend hours upon hours fixing issues on it. Just want something that works out of the box.

Any advice would be much appreciated.

You don't have a PC you can stick a TV tuner into?

Just a Macbook Pro for now.

Is there a product that I could plug into my Macbook tonight and eventually use on something like a dedicated media PC/Mac Mini later? Something I can pick up in an actual store would be nice.

Mostly just want to record the debates for my wife tonight so she can catch them at a normal time (f'ing networks can't time shift out west...).

There are USB ATSC tuners that will capture HD, but I'm not sure about the software support for Mac OS.

Something like this: http://www.hauppauge.com/site/produc...a_hvr950q.html

Edit: Apparently it's supported on MacOS with Elgato EyeTV 3.1. Supposed to be around $100.
