I kinda really wish they'd go back to street racing. Not that the recent movies aren't enjoyable, but I think Tokyo Drift and the original movie are the best in the series.
Predictably the two greatest Vin Diesel roles are roles where he's animated. Iron Giant and GOTG probably don't work if we actually have to see him act act and not voice act. Anyway I'm not sure why they couldn't get Mos Def and Seth Green in this and just make the Italian Job sequel that way. Also lol at Helen Mirren being in this.

He was good in Saving Private Ryan but he wasn't the star and the role was pretty straightforward. Pitch Black was also good but that was the start of him playing the same character for the remainder of his movies.
Notice the line above the angry furrowed brow, normally this is smooth denoting a cool indifferent anger, the extra horizontal furrow denotes he's angry AT EVERYTHING.
The lips are 8% more pursed, making the distinction between disdain and derision.
The deeper nasolabial fold communicates an elevated preparedness for violence, but not an extra desire for it.

Between the cast, director and story. I can't wait.
Its a breath of fresh air to get a non-american Hollywood war story. Like many of the Canadian feats that have gone "un-glorified" by the American Hollywood machine, the British evacuation at Dunkirk was monumental to the early years of the war.
They certainly know how to push the nostalgia buttons on the parents who will be bringing their kids to this.
My 2.5 year old has seen any combination of Despicable Me 1, 2, or Minions at least 50-60 times. Thank the the heavens we can add something different to the mix... lol
So for anyone interested in seeing this movie based on the trailer should know that it's incredibly misleading. The review I watched described the plot and it's way different than the trailer. The plot also sounds stupid and dumb. It has a lot of big names in it, but is getting trashed in the reviews. Anyways I thought I would give people a heads up as bait and switch trailers is a terrible tactic that should be punished with people skipping the movie.

The stupidly stupid pretentious name alone was enough for me never to watch it. "Collateral beauty" lol

I watch a Chris Stuckmann review on YouTube, and yeah...the plot is actually laughable it's so bad. It makes me wonder how they got so many big names to sign on.

That is the same review I watched. It's an Oscar bait movie, so that's probably how they got so many big names. They were hoping for a nomination or two. Although it doesn't seem like that will be happening with this one.
Here is the review of the movie for anyone interested.
