Not the thread for it but obviously I don't think he makes the team better at all.

I think there are 80.

I'm pretty sure the only thing you need to learn in Russian schools is Putin's amateur Judo record.

He was brought in to qb the powerplay and make it better. The PP last season was 21st in the league. It's currently 8th and Wideman has 3 PP points in 6 games.
You can argue the contract, but arguing the team isn't better with him is silly.

Par for the course. Karma got them back on that goal, though.

Is it just me, or his Hall not all that impressive?
...and is RNH even playing?

Hall is like a Super version of Comeau... skates really fast and looks dangerous, but just keeps going into the corner and the play dies on his stick.
And he backchecks like the 2010-11 version of Iginla

Seems like some teams are figuring out how to neutralize Hall. He can't seem to deal with guys coming at him and taking his time and space away.
Maintain the gap, then come at him aggressively when he has the puck and it's a good bet he'll throw it away or get stripped.

I'm not impressed with Hall or RNH. Yakupov is better than both of them IMO.

He's the only one on his line that can consistently generate scoring chances. He's a lot like Dustin Brown in terms of playing style, but lacks the immense physicality and relies more on natural talent. Both make questionable blunders every game, but both players are good at maintaining possession and creating scoring chances. I'm more concerned with Nugent-Hopkins and Eberle right now.
