I need to get a couple documents notarized for some relatives who are planning on visiting from the Philippines.

Invitation letter and a listing of the family members.

I would prefer downtown or in the SE and hopefully a cheaper rate than what I've seen online.

I believe most (?) big law firms downtown will do this for free (via an articling student) -- they can usually accommodate people without appointments but I would call reception ahead of time just to be safe:
