I would like to see a lot more McGrattan and less Bollig.

Cons:
McGrattan is slower

Pro:
He is actually intimidating, and plays like a beast most nights
Paired with speed he isn't a huge liability
He is a decent play maker and will shoot

I haven't seen anything redeeming from Bollig.
I don't like Bollig, but his huge hit last night resulting in a retaliation penalty was one thing. Arguably changed the game.

Bollig needs to do that consistently.

Like Bouma realizing that hits and shot blocking are his meal ticket, some of the other guys need to figure this out. If you are not scoring, find a way to contribute.

Ha. Yes if Westgarth was back in the lineup we would have avoided the losing streak............... okay.

We're losing because the only forwards who can score right now are Johnny and Hudler. Teams have figured out how to take our D out of the equation offensively and are taking advantage of them pinching all the time.

Our secondary scoring from forwards has dried up. Once guys like Stajan and Raymond are replaced with younger players with more offensive upside like Poirier, Bennett and Ferland our offense will have more balance. And we should be more successful.

Work ethic is fine, toughness is fine in my mind. It's consistant scoring that has been the issue.

Yeah, right up until Gio walks right up and pockets one from the blue paint.

That was freaking glorious.
