Default Splitting a cable line with Satellite

Hey guys,

Thought i would use the CP braintrust here. I have a cable junction box outside my house (which I have access to open it). I previously had Bell satellite (dish still pointed) but when my brother moved in he brought his Shaw box with him, which has HD so we hooked that up.

Question is this, I only have 1 cable output in my living room. Is there a way to split the signal (at both the junction box and cabling into the devices)?

2 Receivers, 2 providers. Can it be done?

{Shudder}

There is a tonne of traffic on Shaw's cable, and the Bell cable needs to send 18 volt power up to the LNB on the dish.

I don't see it being possible.
