New Jersey had a delayed penalty coming up, so Carolina pulled their goalie. Brodeur made a save and an attempted pass to the point missed and banked into the empty net.

Ya I was wondering what happened looking at the CAR NJ Boxscore. I'm guessing delayed NJ penalty with an empty CAR net and Brodeur was the last to touch the puck?
EDIT: apparently so...

So Brodeur's got 3 now. Does that move him ahead of Hextall?

Brodeur just keeps adding to his already impressive HOF resume.

Martin Brodeur has scored more goals this season than Ville Leino. Their salary cap hits are identical.
LOL

Brodeur has as many PPG as Iginla now. Flames should try and grab him to QB their powerplay.

So this Canucks lineup should do some serious damage tonight
Sedins-Burrows
Hansen-Schroeder-Raymond
Ballard-Ebbett-Weise
Sestito-Lapierre-Gordon
