Kane is expected back by game 2, Preds are toast.

The Preds are a better team than their record indicates. The slump they went into late in the season took a lot of polish away from the club. The question for me is the lack of scoring lately and weather Rinne can play lights out in this series.

The Hawks on the other hand are thin on defence and Vermette hasn't played up to the expectations the Hawks had for him when they made the trade. The loss of Kane hurts the offence.

The playoff experience of the Hawks will be the difference with them winning in 6 games.

Easy win for Chicago. Hawks tied with Habs for lowest GA.

It's one thing to be able to practice where there is no contact but i'm not so sure he's ready for full contact. Especially when the Preds know of his injury. Second round at the earliest.

Preds in 7....just because like the fatigue factor we saw with LA in the regular season, i think it rears its head against Chicago this series as well.

I think so too. Predators will also just be a much more hungry team. (Excuse the mild pun.)

I liked the Preds for most of the season but they sure seem to be slumping at the wrong time. I'm thinking Hawks in 5

Preds have been my second favorite team for years but I think they have gone a bit cold and Chicago will probably take this if Kane can make it back in time for the final games. Chi i 7

Same result as the last time, Bhawks win in 6 games. Towes and Kane take over.

Preds have lost 3 in a row
Hawks have lost 4 in a row

Hawks are the real deal though, Preds came back to earth a bit.....and the Hawks are likely to get a boost from Kane returning at some point.

Unless Rinne steals it, Hawks win in 6 or 7 IMO

I'm hoping the Preds win this one, as they are a likeable team. Preds in 6.

I dislike the Hawks, and actually like the Preds. Unfortunate that the Preds are entering the playoffs with a terrible record of late. Hawks in 5.
