Will be stopping in tomorrow after work. Just so happens I'm doing a craft beer bbq/birthday thing at a buddy's place this weekend.
What are the chances you have anything from Laughing Dog Brewing Co (Idaho)? I'd kill for their de Achest Hond Belgian Sour.

I almost never travel to that area of the city. Was thinking too bad it is 25 km away or I would buy all my beer there.
Now I have to drive my son to a birthday party, way NE...so I get to buy some beer from you.
See you Sunday. Looking forward to it.

I know it's more about local beers, but if there was a selection of rarer Czech/German/Slovak etc beers, I'd be giddy with glee myself.

Spoke with Outcast brewing today at Beerfest. Apparently you are the only ones (apart from Airdrie) carrying their beer on tap at the moment. Kudos, and here's to many filled growlers in the near future.

Dear lord, a great beer store that's reasonably close to work, and owned by a CP member? I'll see you soon!

Today was a great day for beers so I wandered over to the Beer Vault. It's a nice little place. I walked out with a nice box of random beers and had myself a fun little afternoon. I love the concept of being able to buy anything in singles.
Good luck on the venture Hack&Lube.

Stopped by yesterday and met Hack&Lube. Nice selection and so many I wanted to try. Especially with a day like yesterday. I liked how he had the coolers separated by region. Makes trying to find something that much easier as other stores tend to just throw them wherever on the shelf. In the end, got some nice beers (alas, not enough as they're gone already) for the deck. Will definitely be back.

That was a fun visit.
Bought a six pack of Fruh Kolsch.
I like German Weisse Biers, so decided to stray from Erdinger and Konig Ludwig and will try out:
Schoffehofer hefeweizen
Rieder Weisse
Maisel's Weisse
Hacker-Pschorr Weisse
Took almost all the Slovak options. They had Golden Pheasant and Urpiner.
A couple Czech beers: Lech and Staropramen.
The real wild card of my visit is a beer from Montenegro: Niksick (or something) Pivo.
Looking forward to all of them. I also love the make your own six pack option.
Good luck, and nice to meet you and your partner.

I had Niksicko in Montenegro. All the main stream beers (pivo) in that region tasted the same to me (Ozujsko, Karlovacko etc.). All are pretty good though.
