Providence remains undefeated this season going 7-0-3 thus far.
Their last loss was 14 games ago dating back to last year's Hockey East semi finals.

Post-game Leaman: 'Janko was outstanding. Saracino, whose grandfather passed away yesterday, comes up with a big effort with 3 assists.'

Jankowski and Gilmour just picked up an assist on a Saracino goal I think. Gilmour jumped into the rush and made a beautiful drop pass. Jankowski just got a secondary assist but he was the one who started the breakout.

Friars won 3-0. Jankowski with a goal and an assist. Gilmour with one assist.
On the weekend, Providence won both their games and should remain the top team in the polls next week. Jankowski had 3G, 1A and Gilmour had 1G, 1A in the two games.
Colgate played 2 games, a tie with Brown on Friday and a loss to Yale on Saturday. Harrison had one assist in today's game.
BU played 2 games at home against Michigan. They lost both games and Hickey was scoreless.
MSU lost today and plays again tomorrow. DeBlouw hasn't played a game in over a month.

It looks like Matt DeBlouw will be playing his first game in over a month tonight. The strange thing is that he's listed as a defenceman on the lineup:
Earlier today, Colgate lost 5-0 to Brown in a game played in Belfast, Northern Ireland. Those two teams plus Mass-Lowell and Northeastern travelled to the UK this week to play the first ever NCAA regular season games played outside North America. Colgate will play Northeastern tomorrow before returning home.
Harrison had no points in the game, but he did have 3 shots and took 1 penalty.
Providence and BU are both off tonight, but return to action tomorrow.

I also don't think the Flames offer Deblouw a contract. Disappointing, as I thought he was a solid candidate to be the "Yelle" on the Flames. Was really great on faceoffs and had a very good defensive game, and seemed like such a clutch goal scorer (not prolific, but had some big goals). It seems he not only stagnated since his first NCAA season, but actually regressed.
Too bad, as I was really rooting for this kid, especially after losing his dad in his draft year.
He just came back from a month long injury... let's see how the rest of the year plays out. Not exactly progressing though.
