It's a 2 minute penalty and that's it, no suspension.

It wasn't even a flying elbow that typically gets suspended.
There's no doubt it's elbowing as it reads in the NHL rulebook... as a 2 minute minor. He was stationary and hit Doughty with the back end of his arm.
