Am I actually seeing debate as to who should start in goal for the Bruins in Game 2 online?!? Craziness.

I would love to see the Bruins alternate goaltenders every game just to see how far the experiment could go.

I'm conflicted at this point - a high intensity 7 game series with Leafs inevitably losing would be good entertainment value, but a sweep would also be pure comedy.

It's been the topic for a while in Boston. They have 2 very strong goalies available who are both open to sharing the net (at least publicly) and their coach has also mentioned he's not opposed to it.

Nylander must have done something. Reporters say he looks fine.

I’m going to guess he has Covid or a fever and may look fine but probably feels like poop

Didn't the coach say he already told the goalies what the plan is going to be, so it's just fans and media speculating?

It is really strange Nylander is out again. Most players play through injuries in playoffs, I wonder what is wrong.

I think with old school players it was an unnecessary level of pride. How can any player with a fractured leg or arm be better than a call up? Is Nylander at 60% better than a minor league guy at 100%? Doubt it.

For those of us watching US feeds, what do folks think about the play by play so far this year?

Sean Mcdonough doing this game with Ferraro has no sense of the play, momentum, and when a team is building pressure. Just talking about random things when scoring chances occur.

And the Canucks/Preds game yesterday was worse. Play by play and color wouldn't shut up about random jokes.

I thought the NY/WSH game was good (McDonough and Ferraro). McDonough mentions stuff like the fans giving the linesmen grief for wasting endless time before dropping the puck. Although I do agree, he doesn't do much to let the game build itself up. Maybe that was just that game which wasn't all that exciting.

The FLA/TB broadcast was just weird, I don't know who it was but they mentioned "sautéing" the puck twice when I think they were referring to saucer passes. CAR/NY was fine. The other series I have watched the Canadian feed.

Starting to think the Leafs are getting swept in this one.
