The nukes don't go without leadership after all.
After weeks of silence and uncertainty, the agency responsible for ensuring the safety of our nuclear arsenal finally has an answer to the question of who exactly is in charge under President Trump. Last night, just hours before Trump was to be sworn in, his transition team finally asked Under Secretary for Nuclear Security Frank Klotz to stay on as chief of the National Nuclear Security Administration until his eventual replacement could be named and confirmed by the Senate.

The rebel has demonstrated their contempt for Canadian democracy, it's not a news organisation, it's a propaganda arm.
But this is how it worked in the US so I'm not surprised to see it gaining traction here as well.

He's simply not HER and that's all that matters. He even says with a straight face he "doesn't know" what kind of president Drumpf will be, but that Hillary would be worse.
I've never wanted to punch my dad in the face more, and neither of us are American. I did tell him I'm disappointed in myself for believing my father was a smarter man than he really is though.

My MIL is the same way, she sits at home watching Fox all day, that she had to pay for. When she comes over for xmas dinner or tgiving, eventually, she will start talking about her love for Trump and her hatred for Hillary and Obama. She will say something like "and Obama had that line in the sand" and you ask her what line in the sand, and she has no clue. The rest of us can only hold or tongues for so long, but she won't shut up so we have to school her, on just how uninformed she is.

The Rebel often operates at the same level as the Beaverton
Both are painfully ideological,
Both are cringe worthy,
and for both you need a solid contextual understanding surrounding the article to understand what is really going on.

The electoral college is a system that counts each vote from a rural area (and therefore, statistically speaking, a whiter, more Christian area) as being worth more than each vote from an urban area, which seems particularly unfair in an election that many people saw as a referendum on whether America should be a white, Christian nation or if it should be a country that welcomes everyone and values them equally.
The people who are most affected by a wall, deportation of their family members, a ban on immigrants who share their religion and the return of stop & frisk policies are justifiably upset that their votes didn't count as much as the votes of people whose lives won't be directly affected by those things.

The Rebel fills a niche. It is very similar to Breitbart in that respect. Then they ratchet up the antagonism and vitriol to 11.
There wouldn't be nearly as much of a market for this type of outlet if organizations like the CBC painted a more balanced picture of certain issues. They are their own worst enemy in this case.

Regulations are overrated and business would never act in a way detrimental to the well being of nations or its citizens chasing quarterly results.
I can't wait until 2008 Economic Crisis: Part 2 is in theaters.

You can sigh all you want Flash, but it doesn't make anything that I said less true. The fact is the Rebel continues to gain followers because there is a perceived echo chamber on the left not reporting the issues they feel are important to them.

It does. At the root of it, both are biased.
The reality is for the situation you described is that CNN has a slight bias and Fox has an extreme bias.
