It grinds my gears that someone would take the time to post a negative response to someones happy. What's the point of that? Be happy for them and move on.

Everytime I go to TSN.ca from my iPad Mini, the video starts going but it stops and ask me if I subscribe with Bell or Rogers, then the iPad Mini just froze. Hitting the power off button sometimes just doesn't work so I was so ready to throw my iPad to the wall.

Normally this is my favourite time of the year. I live and breathe golf yet I turned down a couple of golf games this week. I have tickets for the airshow tonight yet feel like staying home. My mood have been in the toilet these past few weeks along with my energy levels. I need to do something to break out of this funk and i'm not sure what.

Ever have somebody say something to you and you reply but they don't answer because something else grabbed their attention like a lame tv show? So you say it again and nothing.
Me: There is a province in China that has the black plague
Her: You have to wonder how big the school is then.
Me: (thinking wtf) School?
Her: No response, something came on the tv and it is like now trying to address a dog that just saw a squirrel.
Me: School?
Her: Nothing
Me: Hello? School?
Her: Nothing
Me: Lesbians?
Her: Nothing
*Give up and go read*

The pace at which road construction happens here in town GMG. And the poorly thought out decisions/plans for the redesign of an intersection. Seriously, why on earth would removing a lane be considered an upgrade?

Yes! I just had to be treated with IV antibiotics for 10 days which meant a trip up to the hospital every day and waiting in ER, getting poked to find a new vein every third day and generally feeling like crap. Not fun.

I've been listening to Stevie Wonder songs all day and it brought me to the sad conclusion that this generation has nobody near that talented making music today. That GMG's.

True. But i just feel like this decade so far is lacking an influential musical talent in the mainstream. Each decade i can think of at least has one. When Justin Bieber is considered a game changer, you know you're screwed.

For the sake of clarity, is it this generation? Or this decade? What's your criteria on being at Wonder's "level"? Is it actual ability? Influence (which is essentially impossible to accurately gage influence on new acts)? Popularity?
And at what point has Bieber been considered a "game changer"? I would stop talking to the people that say that ASAP.

People's blatant disregard for anyone but themselves.
Last night around 10:25 we're crawling into bed with the window open a crack and we start hearing a high pitched buzzing/whaling sound from the parking lot. Like it sounds almost like an electric drill.
"What the heck is that? Sounds like a drill, but who would be drilling outside at this time of night?"
A few minutes pass and this sound is still going, so I hop out of bed, through on some pants and head outside to find the source.
I walk towards the sound and find one of my neighbours running and industrial carpet shampooer/vacuum unit and crawling around in the back of some woman's car.
Me: "Guys, you can't be running that right now, it's after 10:00
Woman: "Huh?"
Me: "turn that off"
The guy doing the shampooing shuts it off so we can actually hear each other.
Me: "Yeah guys it's after 10:00, you can't be running that machine right now."
Woman: "Oh, are you like the land lord or something?"
Me: "I am on the condo board.."
Woman: "Well we're almost done, 10 more minute"
Me: "No, it's after 10:00, you need to shut that off and finish in the morning"
Woman: "Well like I don't live here and he's providing a service for me.."
Me: "It's after 10:00, people have there windows open, they have work in the morning, you can't be running that kind of thing here."
Woman: "Well you'll know when we're done then"
Me: "No, you're done right now. Don't make this more difficult then it needs to be. Have some consideration for the people who live here"
Like WTF, my neighbour is running a car detailing service and thinks it's ok to have customers stop by for late night cleanings? And this woman thinks it's reasonable to disregard quiet time in a condo complex because she doesn't live there?
No apology, or attempt to explain themselves. Just "yeah we're just gonna continue, too bad for you"

After a couple of very frustrating years dealing with all sorts of injuries, I was finally getting back into a decent routine of physical fitness. Last night I pull my right calf muscle. Give me a break!!!!!!
