I understand being invested in sports, but why do you feel the need to call a team that you are not a part of "we"? That's the part I don't understand.

And here I thought this PGT would be lucky to hit a 100 posts.

The way I see it is the Flames represent the City of Calgary in the NHL. As Calgarians I don't see an issue using "we" when talking about our team. For that matter I also have no problem when someone who is not from Calgary wants to use that if they are emotionally invested in the team. I spend 90% of my time on the internet on this forum, following the Flames is my winter hobby I spend a lot of my disposable income on going to the games. The Flames make their money from hardcore fans like those on this forum and If those fans want to refer to the teams as we then I am sure Ken King, Burke and friends would be all for it

Yeah not too many PGT's have degenerated into such a dung heap like this one not related to the game..

You know what guys? Last season this team would have folded like a cheap tent in a stiff breeze but this years team got a point out of that snoozefest. I love this group, they find a way to compete and get points. The future looks bright!

Can you please stop posting and just read like most on this forum? Not a single post of yours has made ANY sense and causes every thread you post in to go off topic. I've actually gotten a headache or two trying to wrap my brain around your thought process.

I'm new around here and new to hockey, so maybe someone could help me out. Did JobHopper really just say that Feaster could/should have traded Brossoit and Horak for....Loui Eriksson?
I'm the first guy on this site who will make fun of those on HF who make up ridiculous trade proposals...but I'm truly at a loss for words with this one.

Galiardi skating as the odd man out today. We'll see if that carries over to tomorrow. #Flames

This can't be a serious post.
JobHopper is obviously a banned poster who has come back to troll.

I find it interesting and even amusing that people get so bent out of shape by my posts on here.
I come in here and post my thoughts on the GDT and the PGT, so what.
The thing is, my posts, thoughts and insights may be my opinions but they're also quite factual. Pretty much everything I've posted on here regarding management, coach, players, etc.. is bang on.
Perhaps some of you would benefit from watching more games as well as other games.

Everyone will promise to watch more games if you promise to watch your very first hockey game at some point in the next few weeks. Doesn't have to be Friday, you might not be mentally ready to watch hockey that soon, but at SOME point take a hockey game in.
Maybe start with a Dinos game just to get your feet wet? Hitmen for a couple weeks to really understand all the rules and that sort, and then maybe turn on Sportsnet and rock your very first Flames game mid-December?
Sounds like a fair deal. We'll all watch more games, you (eventually) get around to watching your very first.
Take your time, no rush big guy.

The best part is a poster named JobHopper suggesting Feaster end his employment.
