How does the description clear this up in any way? I would like to know why the person taking the video did nothing. The zoom in on the hand, the guys face, and just sit there.

It seems like the guy was fapping off in his seat from what it sounds, which is why she pulled out her camera to videotape him.
But it's strange that would be her first choice of action rather than saying something to anyone on the train.

I would have said something at a bare minimum that's for sure. Now that being said the girl videotaping it probably wouldn't have fared as well as a man telling him to stop what he's doing.
Now I don't carry around a knife on the LRT like some guy said he does a while back, but there are many ways to defend yourself if the sicko comes at you for some reason.

Agreed. If nothing else, the guy is in for some public shaming, and perhaps he'll be checked out by CPS and put on a perv list. But whatever happens, the person recording did a lot more by getting video evidence instead of just going and telling the girl that her hair was getting touched.
I bet the guy gets named before dinnertime tomorrow.

According to the comments on the video, he's apparently been doing this for a while - gets on at the U of C stop and has an extreme fascination with blondes. Another comment claims that he's mentally ill and labels the guy with a name.
Then again, this is YouTube comments. Trust them as much as you want.
