Default Short trade freeze
Folks we are almost ready to release ratings for 2017. As the commissioners now have visibility into a draft of these ratings we will freeze trades until they are released so everyone is working from the same info. Hope to have them done this week

Hi Grant, can you explain the process on how this works? Does the commish team make changes or amendments to the ratings before they are released?
