Oh my God I ####ing hate Wimbledon's social media strategy. A 2 minute highlight video is not adequate. I want at least a 6 minute package, and that's for a three set match. This is just so god damned obnoxious.

I think Vasek has a chance today, Thiem made an early exit at a Wimbledon warmup tourney so his confidence might be a little shaky. Big key for Vasek is that he has to serve well today, if he can win the first set, the doubts may start to creep in for Thiem.

17-year-old Bianca Andreescu comes up short in #Wimbledon debut against Kucova: http://bit.ly/2tmHx4S

No worries, the future looks bright for Bianca - Francoise Abanda takes on Jelena Ostapenko Wednesday morning.

Quite the match on the ladies side going on between Konta of GBR and Vekic of Croatia - They're on serve in the third set with Vekic serving at 8-9 and they have already surpassed 3 hours for the match.

Edit: Konta wins the match 10-8 in the third set (3 hours and 10 minutes)

Going to a 3rd set as Ostapenko takes set #2 in a tie-breaker (7-4 was the tie-breaker score).

Abanda wins a key game (saved many break points) to level the 3rd set at 3-3. It could have gone off the rails there.

Rats, Ostapenko takes the match winning the 3rd set 6-3 - Still, a pretty impressive performance by Francoise, hold your head up high young lady.

Upsets on the men's side today - Gulbis takes out Delpo and Sela dispatches Isner. Milos should be starting shortly.

Tomic the tank engine at it again resulting in a 15K fine and being dropped by his racquet sponsor Head:

The penalty for unsportsmanlike conduct was announced two days after the 24-year-old Australian was beaten by Mischa Zverev 6-4, 6-3, 6-4, then spoke to the media about feeling "a little bit bored out there."

Tomic also said Tuesday that he "just couldn't find any motivation" to compete this year and acknowledged that when he called for a medical timeout against Zverev, he did so not because of an injury issue but to "try to break a bit of momentum."

Racket maker Head issued a statement via its Twitter feed on Thursday saying: "We were extremely disappointed with the statements made at Wimbledon by one of our sponsored athletes, Bernard Tomic. His opinions in no way reflect our own attitude for tennis, our passion, professionalism and respect for the game."

The statement concluded: "Therefore, we have decided to discontinue our collaboration with Bernard Tomic."

Guys like Pat Cash, Patrick Rafter, and Lleyton Hewitt (not to forget Rod Laver by the way) just have to be shaking their heads at the antics of Kyrgios and Tomic.

Milos drops the first set 6-3 (had some break points to get back on serve, but just couldn't convert on any of them).

haha nice going Mr. "I'm set for life because I'm just going to keep playing for the next 10 years". his career earnings so far sit at around 5 million, so he better be good at managing his finances because I don't see that number getting much higher now or ever.

on the other hand, Head just missed out on a golden opportunity. can you imagine walking into a racquet store and seeing a poster for "Head: when you're just kinda bored of the sport but still need to pay the bills."
