Sometimes you gotta mix things up a bit to get the results you want.

Let's see the character of this team.

Giordano, Ferlund , FROLIK, Backlund, Tkachuk, Versteeg, Stone, Brodie and Engelland have stood out as stepping it up and now the rest need to follow.

I'd like to see Lazar , Freddie and Hathaway draw in replacing Stajan, Bouma and Chiasson with speed and tenacity.

Curious too see what Glen does. I'm nervous about Johnson starting and wonder if Rittich or Gillies should backup for Elliott ?

We win this if we stick to the systems and discipline.

Also, play the ducks game of pretending not to engage or not wanting to engage by just going and standing too close after whistles .....take away personal space with no real need to be there.

Hopefully we draw them into wanting to stupid stuff (facewashing, nudges, Lip, chippy no contact posturing) ....take away the swagger by doing what they are doing in return instead of actual retaliatory stuff.

We can definitely tie this series.

Let's go flames.

Just think! Now you can go to bed a reasonable hour instead of waiting until 12:01! You win, I win, we all win.

Win - win - win!

^ Hey, I hold no hard feelings whatsoever. I had nothing planned for a Game 3 GDT, so seeing someone else take the initiative is fine by me. I'll appreciate the extra hour of sleep.

It's the only way the curse is going to be broken.

Let's say flames win the home games.

Game 5 will be flames up 2-1 with ducks scoring with 2 seconds left in the game to tie it. They then win on a knuckle puck from center ice in triple overtime. We are all just destroyed. That's the rock bottom of the curse.

Then flames win 10-0 in game 7 and the torch has finally been passed.

It's the only way I see the curse being broken.

I'm so tired of hearing about the "great Oilers fans" and their amazing new arena. I sure hope the dome is loud and rackous for game three.

3-1 Flames

The lone Ducks goal comes in the last minute of the game, ruining the shutout, which gets the guys real pissed off for Game #4.

Game #4
2-0 Flames

I seriously read an Oiler fan on HF say that their building would be louder for commercial breaks than other buildings for a goal

I hope and pray the Flames can at least force a game 5 and one last chance this year to exorcise the Honda Center demon.

It's simple, get at least one win at home, sway the series.

This is outrageous MMF. How dare you start a thread like this, this early! With no content! You can't possibly get away with this.
