Oh my! Well there sounds to be 3 separate voices in that clip, one sounds like John Garrett, another voice sounds familiar (Rick Ball?), & "Mr. Flame" I can't place although he sounds kinda like an ex-player?

This is the key--Garett and Ball have been ripped pretty badly on social media today thanks to Wyshynski (although Derek Wills came to their immediate defense saying it wasn't them).

Having heard it for the first time now, it's pretty apparent that neither Ball nor Garrett says anything terrible and it's equally apparent that the third voice is the real culprit.

Garrett apparently says: "You're Mr. Flames" to Mr. Third Voice...so, any speculation as to who that might be?

It probably wasn't even a broadcaster. It was probably a stats guy or something like that.

Nah, voice was nowhere close to Millions'. He has a very distinctive speaking voice, this guy's was a definitely lower timbre, a little less "refined" and a different cadence of speech. It sounded a bit like Francis, but see above post, apparently it might have been an off-air technician.

Yes I agree that it was a stupid penalty but calling Hamilton a stupid person is not acceptable. Calling anybody stupid is unacceptable especially that they don't really know him that well.
