This one hurts. We were right with them then made two stupid plays and took two stupid penalties.
This is the learning curve of a young team but man this one hurts bad tonight.

Before people complain about the officiating while the officials weren't giving the Flames the benefit of the doubt this season we still have to accept this is one of the least disciplined teams in the league. You can argue the Flames have been the better team 5 on 5 all series but they have been terribly undisciplined. Bummed they couldn't win but when Hamilton took that penalty you just knew that was going to be the big mistake to lose the game. Simply can't make those types of mistakes in a close game in this building as the mistakes always end up in the Flames net.
Were the better team for most of this game. Not upset but disappointed that they can never play a mistake free game in this building. This team will never make that next step until they can take care of the Ducks.
