Go Jets Go. We need to lose out to ensure we have as high a chance of one of Patrick, Hischier, or Vilardi.

They clinched a playoff spot today don't think they care about the regular season anymore.

Filppula scores a disputed goal, Flyers lead 2-1 after forty minutes.

Edler scores with 22 seconds left in the first period, Canucks lead 1-0.

Why bother cheering for draft position? You know Benning is just gonna blow the pick anyway.

Virtanen was ahead of Nylander on several scouting lists, and keep in mind the Canucks at the time were not heading into a deep, dark rebuild, so they thought drafting for need (bad strategy, admittedly) IE a big, physical, gritty two-way winger was the way to go.

The Juolevi over Tkachuk pick was probably due to the fact management felt that they already had a Tkachuk (Virtanen) in the system, and a blue-chip D prospect who could step into the shoes of Edler/Hamhuis down the line was clearly missing.

Now, even our clownshow front office is aware of the need for a top C to go along with Boeser up front. I highly doubt if we pick top-3 that we go off the board with the selection.

Stepan 2-1 Rangers.

3 on 1 after Manson blows a tire with the puck at the point.

Lots of horrid defensive coverage by both teams, especially the Rangers but Lundqvist has made some good saves.

Good goal. Could have gone either way but called a goal on the ice so hard to reverse.

Whenever I see a score like 6-2 for the Flyers over a good team like the Pens if their message boards get like ours? Like do all teams' fans start acting like one bad loss means something significant and that every players' performance in that loss is actually part of a bigger problem, etc?

There is probably an idiot or three out there, but for the most part I doubt it. Helps that they won the Cup last year though I'm sure. Same with the beat down Chicago took the other day to the Panthers. I doubt their fans did any panicking.

The Ducks are outshooting the Rangers 21-12 so far. The Rangers are glad to have Lundqvist back in net.

Manson scores shorthanded on another flub at the blueline. Not sure if its an ice issue but two flubs at that end of the ice. 3-2 Ducks.
