I agree. I didn't go to last year's game because of that.

Although one thing is good. They keep all the people and their dogs in one section, so that's good.

Okay that would make it a lot better but still probably not something I would be keen on as I assume the dogs would still make a lot of noise and be in areas of the concourse, or are they restricted as to where they can go there as well?

But probably an interesting way to get folks that might not have come out to the arena and maybe get a few to come back more often without their dogs.

The dogs weren't restricted to any one section. The best part was watching the dogs have a feast after the game with all the popcorn and such spilled on the floor

Actually, my kid would LOVE to go to the hockey game with our dogs. The novelty of it and all. To each his own I guess. Also, if Abbottsford is anything like many other out doorsy towns I am sure most the owners are dog fanatics.

Not nearly as much as Chilliwack, Mission, or Hope.

It's got quite the fishing community though. Abbotsford's more of the farming, super religious, acting-like-we're-a-big-city type of town.
