There are 2 off days in every series, we won't be running a 5 man rotation.

I think Stroman will go through the order twice and at the first sign of trouble, Liriano will come in. I think the plan is for Stroman to go at least 5 innings hopefully keep the O's under 3 runs, and then have Liriano come in for 2 shutdown innings, leading to Biagini, Cecil, Grilli in the 8th and Osuna in the 9th.
Unless of course Stroman can't even get through the order the first time.

The Sportsnet ticker said that Estrada will be in the bullpen too if needed.

How great would some early runs be?
A JD two run shot in the first inning? Yes please.

Kinda disappointed, playing in a Charity Poker Tourney down at Cowboys tonight. Hopefully they have the game on.

Roof will be closed, even though its gonna be like 18 degrees in TO.
Damn you MLB. I understand your terrible start times but I do not understand why you can't let the Jays have an open-air playoff game.

Oh you're right! Nice. The update I saw was for the last game of the previous Orioles season for whatever reason.
I'm sorry MLB. Still not a fan of your start times

Haven't seen this years splits, but last years were substantially more in the Jays favour when the roof was open as opposed to closed. Homerun ratio was much higher.
But, that could aid the O's too just as easily.

Its open for the game today!
The #BlueJays are 34-17 this season when the roof is open: http://sprtsnt.ca/2dubit5
We promise it'll be completely open by game time...

^^Wow! So they are 12-18 with the roof closed.
This is certainly a good thing.

I was surprised that they have it open, what changes this from the ALDS? IIRC last year in Toronto it was pretty nice for the home games.

Any word on who is DHing and who will be in LF/RF?
I assume Bautista will be DHing but which two of Carerra, Saunders and Upton get the start tonight in the outfield spots?

In that SN link it mentions that wind, temp and rain forecast all play a factor.
