RNC left the personal information for basically every voter in the US exposed on the Internet for 12 days, don't know if anyone downloaded it. One would think Amazon has log files that would indicate if someone downloaded it.
A Republican National Committee database of nearly every registered American voter was left vulnerable to theft on a public server for 12 days this month, according to a cybersecurity researcher who found and downloaded the trove of data.
The lapse in security was striking for putting at risk the identities, voting histories and views of voters across the political spectrum, with data drawn from a wide range of sources including social media, public government records and proprietary polling by political groups.
Chris Vickery, a risk analyst at cybersecurity firm UpGuard, said he found a spreadsheet of nearly 200 million Americans on a server run by Amazon's cloud hosting business that was left without a password or any other protection. Anyone with Internet access who found the server could also have downloaded the entire file.
Russia says its missile systems in Syria will track everything in the air west of the Euphrates River as a potential target — including aircraft from the U.S.-led coalition — after the U.S. shot down a Syrian jet Sunday. U.S. officials say the aircraft had struck America's rebel allies.
Russia also says it will suspend its participation in a "deconfliction" line that was established to prevent inadvertent clashes when Russia began military operations in Syria's airspace 20 months ago.
The announcement by Russia's Ministry of Defense comes one day after a U.S. Navy F/A-18E Super Hornet shot down a Syrian Air Force Su-22. The Pentagon says the Syrian jet was downed "immediately" after it dropped bombs near fighters from the U.S.-backed Syrian Democratic Forces, who had been holding a town west of Raqqa as part of an offensive against ISIS.

Spicer is apparently getting "promoted" to overseeing the comms team at the WH, so we didn't even get to see his final briefing since it took place today without any recording equipment, audio or video. Obviously the greatest press secretary ever if only for giving us Melissa McCarthy's greatest role.

Are you ready for some special election?!?!? Certainly the most important one since Scott Brown in 2010. Really not sure who needs it more, but if the GOP is ever going to stop capitulating to Trump it has to be through electoral attrition. The only thing that will get their attention. But I suspect Handel barely squeaks through Ossoff.

Yep, she'll barely win and then Trump will go on a twitter rant about how it was a fantastic victory that shows people are sick of the obstructing Dems.

Love to see Ossoff pull it off somehow.
Statisticly a +/- win or loss means the same thing for republican hopes in 2018.
Optically if the democrats can somehow win it will increase pressure on the House that the democrats represent as great of threat as being primaried from the right. It would signal anyone not in a safe seat to put up at least some resistance to Trump.
