I was listening to NHL Network on Sirius this morning where a media guy said teams would rather face the blue jackets than the leafs. Because the leafs are a bunch of rookies with nothing to lose...

Best thing that could happen to the Leafs is to miss the playoffs. Gives the local fans a taste, but lowers expectations a bit. Same is probably true for the Flames 2 seasons ago.

`Hawks would pass by the Wild, if current scores hold. They have a game in hand. The stinking goal allowed after the clear offsides, a few weeks ago, means the gift point to the Wild for that tie, is still in play.

Man Morgan Reilly has had a tough season. Will be -27 after tonight. Weren't some fans saying he would be better than Hamilton?

Dubnyk looking like a regular goalie - Caps now up 4-2. It is the 19th time this season the Wild have given up 4 goals or more.

Man the Stars are such a bad team. Benn and Seguin are not guys you want leading your team.

I hope mcmuffin starts to be recognized as a whiner by the refs soon. There's no way that should have been a penalty shot you donkey.

Wow can't believe the Dallas stars are laying down for the Oilers! But watch they'll come out fully motivated against the Flames because they're playing Gaudreau

Lol very low expectations when it comes to the Dallas Stars. They don't care for defense.
