I was looking at getting a new Nexus but I don't want to walk around with a tablet. The size of these phones are becoming ridiculous.

Yea I'm not so sure about these rumors though. Normally Google has based the phone on an existing flagship product and there are current no six inch phones from Motorola.

If the rumors do pan out though, it means that they are likely letting other low cost high value manufacturers into the market space and just creating a phone that people will develop on? Or maybe this was a screw up because of the now defunct Android Silver program. Android Silver was supposed to allow all flagships to have pure Google much like the GPE program so they focused on a specific niche dev device and it was too late to create new hardware for this cycle when Silver died.

I've been holding off on a new phone waiting for this to be released too but a 6" screen would definitely take this out of the running for me. I love how cyclical the market is...

5.9" display? Damn, that seems huge. What's the Note 3 at, 5.7? I don't mind the Note 3 too much but it is borderline to big. I guess I would have to hold it, play it with it some to see if that is too much. Have to remember it only gets bigger if you put a case on it. My Nexus 5 with a case feels about right but without the case it feels a little small. Not sure if the opposite would be true for a 5.9" phone.

Either way I hope we see something soon, less than two months I would imagine. Due for an upgrade any month now and just need to narrow down my choices...

That thing is a whale! Oi. Interesting thing is almost no incentive to upgrade from a Oneplus aside from the denser pixel count. Otherwise specs are identical and with less flash.
