I've done them for travelling, Twinrix, Typhoid, tetanus, etc. as well as Flu every year.

The childhood ones? No idea. Remember getting one around grade 10 though, and know my parents kept me up to date as a small child.

Grade 9/10 is the D-tap. IT needs to be updated as an adult.

I even have the CANImmunize app on my phone that keeps track of the vaccinations I've had and when I'm due for boosters or things like the shingles vaccine so I can make sure to never miss one.

I don't express the antibodies for ... I think it's mumps? This has resulted in getting 4 MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella) vaccines in the last 6 years as Taiwan requires one to be immunized to get Alien Residency. Since I don't express the antibodies, every time I go the hospital feels that I haven't been vaccinated in years and therefore need a new one.

Also here in Taiwan, in 2015 I decided to move to Cambodia for a year. I went to the local clinic with the list of vaccines the CDC recommends for Cambodia (Hep A and Typhoid), but the Taiwanese nurse decided I needed every vaccine known to man.

After six injections I was able to convince her to, at the very least, start injecting into the other shoulder.

At least now I'm immune to everything.

Except mumps.

Got my boosters when we were expecting our little one.

Little one's first vaccination appointment two weeks from today.

We were really good with the first born for shots. Thought we were for our second as well until the school sent a note home saying she wasn't up to date. Not sure how they knew, exactly, but we were happy for the reminder and took her in shortly after. Now both are good to go until they're 12.

I have all mine. Got a couple extra when I went to the travel clinic since I was going to Puerto Vallarta in November.
