If you want to support both the local and Canadian economy you'll want to play Las Sendas.

This is terrible advice. All three of those courses are unanimously hated by most everyone who plays them. Don't take my word for it. Go read the Southwest forum on GolfWRX. The annual conditions thread is a must read for anyone golfing in the valley.
They are hard for the sake of being hard. RMCC is Pete Dye at his worst with some of the most severe mounding around the greens I've ever seen anywhere.
Las Sendas is extremely hard on the first timer. Several blind teeshots and a couple terrible holes especially the short par 3 on the front. Super tiny greens and very hard green complexes.
Superstition Springs is not well maintained and complete waste of time. They have hosted q-school stages in the past, but that's not reason enough to play here.
If you have to stay in Mesa, Longbow is a far better use of your golfing dollar. Great layout and superb conditioning.

Solid muni course. Typically in amazing shape. Haven't played it this winter yet.

You have this backwards, Saguaro is the far better course. They made some changes to Cholla this year, particularly on the par 5 8th hole to make it more playable. I haven't been able to play it since the changes.
