I’m excited at the thought of him turning pro after next season. He looks pretty comfortable out there playing with a top program. That kid has size and finish that this team really lacks. A line of Zary scornato and him looks super promising. Aydar is gonna get stronger and scarier. It’s so nice to have a PwF on in our cupboards. Parker bell seems to have some injury trouble but he could be one too. And honzo is gonna be a load when he fills out. That’s three good sized forwards. Mix in the scoronatos and pelltiers. Pretty decent future.

Keep it up Aydar. What’s he at now 6 gs and 2 assists? Not bad for a guy playing limited minutes.

Would definitely prefer to have him spend 2, possibly 3 years in college. Almost nobody is too good for that level. No need to rush. When he goes pro he needs to be able to step in at a top line AHL level or there’s no point.

finished the game with 2 goals 3 assists 5 points +4 with 6 shots.

if he's really playing sheltered minutes with 2nd PP time....hopefully this gives the coaches the confidence to promote him up the lineup. he is just a freshman...hopefully as the season goes along, he really develops and blossoms and becomes a focal point for the team.

Maybe I’ve missed them, but UConn hasn’t played in a while either. Looks like Sergeev hasn’t played since Nov.10th, and has only played 6 games.

I still really like him, but it sure hasn’t been his year right from the start. Looks like he’s the backup now too.

He was pulled after allowing 4 goals on 12 shots in 2 periods in his last start in early November and hasn't played a minute since.

It's possible he's injured since it's difficult to find any injury info from the NCAA.

UConn beats Harvard, 4-2 with Haider in net. Not totally sure if Sergeev was his back-up.
