There are three games on national television.

The best one is an Original Six rivalry game on

NBCSN and TSN
Bruins at Rangers and at the end of the first period, it is a scoreless tie.

On RDS
Wild at Canadiens is scoreless after one period.

On TVA Sports in french, the Flyers lead the Senators 2-1.

That was obviously in for the Senators..

And then of course the Flyers score 20 seconds later to take the lead.

Be nice if the Oilers got a few wins here and there along the way, I don't want them drafting ahead of the Flames this year. No chance they make the playoffs anyway.

yeah best case would be a big roll so they pick in the 12 to 14 range. Their scouting staff would be perplexed frantically flipping through scouting magazines. Periodically they would peer up at the tsn booth in the hopes they could make out a name that the panel was talking about.

Does anyone have a worse goal song than the Oilers?

What is this crap? The Oilers playing with a lead at home?

WTF? A 2 goal lead? Looks like the Flames "make them feel good about themselves" strategy on Saturday worked. The first time the Oilers have scored 2 at home since October 7.

They would just go with the next player on the Central Scouting list. Then the TSN panel would go on about how great a pick that was since that player had slipped down the rankings and was a steal.

To be honest I don't really care when the Oilers pick, they suck at drafting and they will ruin whoever they draft anyway.
