I'd prefer to leave Chaisson in and replace Brouwer with Lazar when it's time to get Lazar in the lineup. I hate to say it but Brouwer is providing absolutely nothing at this point.

Or lazar could replace Bouma for one.

i'd agree with this... though it would definitely take more than one loss before i'd consider tinkering with the line up...

Brouwer just doesn't seem right... some time in the press box might be good for him when the time comes... could light a fire under him in time for the p-word...or conversely, give him time to rest any nagging injuries he might be playing through

Kinda funny that Bennett and Versteeg are chucking the knuckles more than Brouwer!

yeah... not a good sign actually now that you've mentioned it.

I don't expect Brouwer to be chucking all the time, but if he's not producing in other phases of the game (and his fancy stats suggest he's not), he needs to step up in other ways...

As well as this team is playing, it can't afford passengers once things start getting tight.

You can't replace Chiasson after he scores a goal... he's been fine in the bottom-6.

I'd make it like so

19-11-67
13-23-79
10-93-20
17-18-39

If that's the case, and he ends up playing well in the last few games, interesting to see what kind of lineup juggling there'll be, at least in the bottom 6

I think after last nights game it would be a good idea to insert Lazar. The bottom 2 lines struggled mightily and if they have the same kind of performance for tomorrow's game, we'll definitely lose. I could see Bouma coming out of the lineup. I'm also not so concerned with the whole chemistry thing now that Wideman has played and we still managed to win.

No way the line up changes in any way besides filling in for the injured during this hot streak.

Elliott will go till end of season if they keep winning and he is healthy.

Brouwer missed time with a broken hand already this year, fighting would likely put him at a high risk to re-injure it.

Great game by Chiasson. After scoring a goal last game and this game, he doesn't wana come out of the lineup.

Wideman was great too.

Lazar will be waiting for awhile and Booms was awesome too.

If I'm Curtis Lazar and I'm not playing, this is one of the better situations to not be playing. I'm sure no one would touch the roster so anyone would understand that. It's not like we are playing like a .500 team, we are playing the best we have in years.

And he has to be excited being around it, and just knowing his chance is going to come to be a part of it. Who wouldn't be excited in this position?

Being around a winning atmosphere will do a lot for the psyche part of his game.

Also with a new group, fresh start, and eager to prove himself. A winning culture does wonders for players, just look at what Chicago does year after year to players, aka Panik this year.

Also having a core group of players that are in his age range that he can bond with, similar to Hamilton.

I don't doubt he wants to play, but I hardly think he's not enjoying himself right now.

Lazar can come in for Brouwer; Brouwer has been absolute plug the last 5 games
