Sent Back 360 For Repair, Got Two Back?
Basically sent in my Xbox 360 for repair for the third time in (Ring of death, wouldn't read discs, wouldn't read discs & power supply stopped working).
I sent in the Xbox along with the power cord about 6 weeks ago, 2 weeks ago I got back a working Xbox but power cord was still messed up (I had used a friends to check if it was the 360 or the power supply). So I phoned and they said they would ship me another power cord. Today I go pick up my power cord and there is another Xbox 360 with it?
What should I do? Do you think if they realize it that they could charge my credit card that is on my Xbox Live account? Should I just send it back or phone someone about it?
I really just want to get a hard drive for it and give it to my little brothers
Advice?

Send them a registered letter informing them that you received a component that you did not request, and that they send you a postage pre-paid box to send it back to them. Give them 3 weeks to do so.
By doing that you are staying within the letter of the law by requesting that they pick up their unwanted item, so they cannot charge you for it. However by using less than conventional tactics they may not get back to you in time.
Normally I don't advocate taking something that isn't rightfully yours, but in the case of having to send something back so many times, I think it's good that they sent you a bonus for your trouble.

Well I was thinking at least I will have another one to play when it breaks down again
But I am the same way where if its not mine I don't want it, but then I don't want to pay for it out of my pocket. I will do what you suggest and go from there.

If it was a $300+ cheeseburger.
Returning it is the right thing to do.

If you don't want to keep it, I'd follow Ken's advice. Give them a reasonable time to deal with it, and if not, donate it to chairty or to a hospital or something similar.

"Sorry Ma'am or Sir, I only received one xbox . . . are you sure you sent me two? Perhaps it was lost in the mail. Ya, that's probably definitely what happened. I assure you if you sent me an extra system I would return it right away, even though your company sold me a defective system and failed to repair it twice"
Use that line only if you're asked about it, and I'd bet the farm you won't be asked about it.

Well, odds are they spent the extra $1 that their shipping company charges for signature on delivery. And from the sounds of the OP they have his credit card number; likely with an agreement that the card can be charged if he fails to return the defective one- obviously intended for a case of they ship you a good one, you pack up the old one in the same box and send it back to them.
Microsoft has his CC info, authorization to use it if they don't get stuff back, and proof of two delivered. That's why I didn't suggest "just keeping it."

I like the registered letter idea.

I guess it boils down to whether or not you signed for the extra box. If you didn't, I'd say enjoy selling your extra system, or hold onto it in case your other one dies.
