Trade Conditions

Seeing as how this is my first offseason I don't know how to deal with conditional picks.

I currently own a 1st, a 3rd, a 4th, and a 5th.

I owe Pittsburgh a Top-50 pick, and Dallas a 2nd-rounder.

I am owed a 2nd-round pick by New Jersey, and a 4th-round pick by Montreal.

My question is, when do these conditions get dealt with? Also, when are we permitted to make trades again?

Anytime before the draft and after the playoffs?
