Huska Interview:
Lots of time between the games with the home and home and then the all-star break. It shouldn't be too bad. Nothing they aren't used to.
Looking forward to seeing him play. He practices very hard, has a good skill set. Going to be responsible in his own zone. More excited about what he can do with Sven and Emile. Hopefully they work together, find some chemistry.
McGrattan going to be with Tousi and VanBrabant. Going to play a regular shift. Expect no different with him. One challenge is that he might try to do too much. This is a good league and he needs to make sure to play a good game and control the front of the net and offensive zone.
Haven't seen many games getting out of control physically. Players need to find other things to make themselves useful in the league. McGrattan needs to play with edge but he has to bring more to the table. They are there to help him get confidence back and play a regular shift and a north/south game.
Huska is expecting Granlund/Ortio/Wotherspoon to be back to play Saturday. Maybe lose 2, 3 or 4 guys again on Sunday due to call-ups, but tomorrow they will put the best lineup possible to get the two points.
Confident in Carr to play and makes saves when they need him. Wants the guys focused to play their game, keep play in Rochester zone.
Doesn't see challenges in keeping guys focused in practice in long breaks. Older guys keeping the kids focused. Huge intensity in practice, guys trying to get noticed in practice. Needed to make sure the emotions were in control in practice as they got intense at times.
