It's on the Fox website if you can get around the geographic restriction.

I watched the Simpsons at broadcast from episode one until I stopped in the late 90s. But now I'm re-watching it with the kids on iTunes. Quite the nostalgia trip to watch memorable episodes I hadn't seen in almost 30 years. And my kids got a big kick out of Mr. Burns uttering the line they've heard me say every time we've eaten fish and chips: "Let the fools have their tar-tar sauce."
Oh, and I hope the writers stick to their guns about Apu. The whole point of the Simpsons is caricaturing every demographic under the sun. 1,900 people angry on twitter is nothing more than 1,900 people angry on twitter.

If you change Apu then how about groundskeeper Willy, Bumblebee Man, Krusty the Clown, where does it end?

So the big rebuttal in the short doc "the problem with apu" is that italians and scotts and latinos already have other strong identifiable pubic characters, as if that its the simpsons fault. ludicrous.

This loser is just desperate for his 15 minutes. It's funny to see him take a shot at the Simpsons for not being relevant. Oh, yeah, arguably the greatest television show in history is worried that some two bit loser hack comedian is trying to make a name for himself by playing the victim racist card so he can get himself some publicity.
The sad part is that his fake outrage is working. He's got all the headlines and since everyone loves a controversy, the Simpsons are getting ripped by pretty much every site/publication out there.

The media's habit of turning any twitter spat into CONTROVERSY has got to end. Sure, it will whip up the usual suspects and the easily riled. But at this point most people gotta be sick of the outrage machine. We can't let our entertainment and our politics dance to the tune of a few outraged people abetted by cynical journalists.
And yes, journalists are extremely cynical in the way they handle this stuff. They know that there's something wrong with depicting anything that 95 per cent of people are fine with and 5 per cent upset about as a genuinely contentious issue. They do it for the page clicks, but they know it's bull####.

Season premiere tonight, and I thought it was actually pretty funny. Did anyone else catch the Calgary reference? There filming a movie and Homer said downtown New York was actually filmed in Calgary, I love when the Simpsons show us love. Plus Gal Gadot was in it.

But despite being almost universally beloved, there is ONE THING about "You Only Move Twice" that fans have never been able to agree on.
It comes partway through the episode. Hank welcomes the Simpsons to their new home, and to show them JUST how welcoming he is, he throws away his moccasins — and this exchange happens:
Hank: Don't like them? Then neither do I! [throws away the moccasins] Ever see a guy say goodbye to a shoe?
Homer: [chuckling] Yes, once.
A pretty amusing, innocuous scene right? WRONG. Because here's the question that can tear friendships apart at the seams:
When Homer says "yes, once," is he referring to some previous time he'd seen a man say goodbye to a shoe?
...OR...
Is he referring to having JUST SEEN Hank throw away his moccasins?

It's often cut in reruns but when Homer asks Scorpio if he has any sugar, and then Scorpio pulls out loose sugar from his pockets and says sorry its not in packets, then asked Homer if he wants any cream (with his hands back in his pockets).
"Uhhhh, no."
People that watch Simpsons today have no idea of how funny it was, like the vegetarian episode, or Willy talking about 'ating the mess the dog left on the floor, or the film festival
So many moments.
