the best part was the announcers tying to compare Yak to 99 because he flipped and then vollied the puck

yeah, great guys... 2-0

There's ways to beat Toronto, but trading odd-man rushes with them is not one of them.

Cue Edmonton...learning their lesson well from a few weeks back. Schultz joins the rush and Raymond scores on 2 on 1 the other way.

Then you've nearly won. Toronto fans receive no joy from regular season wins.

Toews is just a monster... what a career, I honestly see 1300+ points from him.

They look worse than last year. Not even competitive on most nights. Wonder how long until Mr. All-talk actually follows through on his opening presser and makes a big move?

That was a dirty shot by Kessel. Damn.

I'm enjoying watching this Oilers team fail so much. Just a terrible team.

The thing that really stuns me is that the Oil are still better than the Sabres.

I honestly thought they would improve on last year. They are just garbage. They completely believe the press clippings and don't show up to play. The rebuild plain failed.

I don't even understand how Edmonton can make any deals to get better. All of their depth players would most likely clear waivers.

That puts gagner -5 in 2 games. Yak at -11 and Schultz at -12
What is the NHL worst right now?
