Bizarre stat of the night...
Orioles are up 6-2 and have betted 6 times (to the Jays 5), yet the Jays pitchers have thrown one fewer pitch than Jiminez

Way to escalate a nothing play Showalter. I hope your team ends up in the basement.

Wow...a rare, rare error from Goins. Just not the Jays night.

Yanks leading their game against the Rays 5-1 top of the 8th. Le Sigh.

I must say, it's been awhile since we had a stinker of a game like today. 10-2 now for Baltimore.

It's nice having these extra relievers so we can save the good ones for tomorrow and Sunday.

Also, I hate Adam Jones so much.
Few teams more dislikeable than the Orioles. The Canucks of the MLB?

Definitely. Add those bums from Kansas City to that list. Except the Royals are actually a playoff team.

Screw this sorry ass outcome. Stupid Orioles...
Can't win em all I know but this sucks because the freaking Yanks won't go away AND only the lead team from the division automatically gets to the postseason without having to play an extra game.

Only way to get rid of those "damn Yankees" is to either a) SWEEP or b) WIN the 7 gamer we have left against them. A sweep would be glorious and then we don't have to worry about them for the rest of the month.

Well, you were right about the steamroll part.
Is it more frustrating for the Yankees to play good ball and not being able to catch Toronto...
Or
Being proclaimed world beaters by everyone in Canada and not being able to shake the Yankees?
