Toronto Blue Jays (71-56, conquering Kings of the universe) vs. Detroit Tigers (60-67, thanks for David Price)
Probable Starters:
Friday @5:00 Mountain Time: TOR: R.A. Dickey, 8-10, 4.26 ERA; DET: Matt Boyd, 1-4, 7.04 ERA
Saturday @11:00 Mountain Time: TOR: Drew Hutchison, 12-2, 5.06 ERA; DET: Buck Farmer, 0-2, 7.80 ERA
Sunday @11:00 Mountain Time: TOR: Mark Buehrle, 13-6, 3.60 ERA; DET: Alfredo Simon, 11-8, 4.89 ERA
Great road trip for the Jays! It's tough to not think that they will just win every single game the rest of the way, especially after how they destroyed the Angels and how well the first two games of this series went, but the fact remains: there is no way for the Jays to fall out of first place in the AL East when games end today. That's a cushion! It's not much of a cushion, but it's still a cushion. They are 21-5 in their last 26 games.
The Tigers and Jays couldn't really be moving in more opposite directions. At the time of the Price trade, if memory serves, the Tigers were either 0.5 GB or 1.0 GB the Jays. The Tigers are now 60-67, putting them a solid 11 GB the Blue Jays by my math. Dan Norris has been put on the 15-day DL, so a team that has been playing with Matt Boyd in their rotation has been forced to go deeper into the well.

Dude when it comes to the Canucks, it could be a team of Adolf Hitler, Pol Pot, Augusto Pinochet, Josef Stalin and Kim Jong Il and if one of them scores against the Canucks you take it.
I'd really like to see Revere somewhere else in the lineup, personally. Am I wrong in thinking that?
To me it would be deadly to have him in the 5th spot. He seems a little out in no man's land where he is now, just getting on base and then jogging in after the 3rd out. At least in the 9th spot he could usually be the start of the damage for the top of the order.
