It's basically a guaranteed failure, but I'd do video game rental store instantly. That being said, I've wondered for years how there isn't such a service offered somewhere.

I was subscribed to a game rental place, game fly or something like that. It was pretty cool where it was just like the old Netflix. Go online and pick the game(s) you want to rent and they send them to you. When you are done send it back and pick another one. Worked pretty good I just did not have time to play anymore so I canceled it.

I always though a good business idea would be a public DYI heated auto garage. Mechanics can be so expensive.
I love doing my own automotive repairs, but I lack the space and tools to do everything I want.
If someone built a mega-garage when a group of people could rent the space for a a certain amount of time and have access to things like tools, hoists, etc..., I think it would do quite well. You could also pimp it out with sound systems and big screen TVs. Even a cafeteria or something.

A hillbilly country bar in Sunnyside located in that triangle of land between the C-train line and the Vendome Cafe. It would called the "Hitch'n Post" and have all the stereotypical cowboy stuff. Think like what Dusty's used to be like.
Yee haw.

I want to own a dive bar just like It's Always Sunny. I'd also like unlimited funds so that it wouldn't bankrupt me.

The real key is being able to own a bar that sustains constant crushing losses and using those losses to offset your outrageous gains in other ventures.
Thats the dream man.
