I'm going to take the Predators in 6 games. I really haven't like the way the Ducks have played most of the playoffs while the Preds have been by far the most impressive playoff team to date. Man could you imagine that arena in Nashville in the Stanley Cup finals? Would be special and I mean real special not Oilers special.

I haven't been as impressed with the Ducks as I had thought...
Preds on the other hand have been rocking it against hawks and blues...

I don't see Nashville needing more than six to dispatch the Ducks. Anaheim has the most distasteful fans in the league. I'm cheering for Nashville vs. Ottawa. Wouldn't mind Pittsburgh.

I do not hate Getzlaf, Eaves, Silfverberg, Fowler, Ritchie. I like Cogliano like I now like Dubnyk and Schultz. I kinda like Carlyle now - he did a good job. I was biased against him before because I dislike anything Leafs.

It's funny, I was thinking about this throughout the series.
I used to work with a guy who was a Ducks fan. The only guy I knew who actually had the Ducks as his #1 team. Unabashedly he'd tell us that it was his favourite team since he was a kid because of the movies -- he loved them then and never let go. He would get teased all the time for it, but I would never get teased even though I'm an Ontario-born guy that loves an Alberta team for an even more childish reason.
The funny thing is... how has my entire age-group NOT grown up with a softspot for the Ducks? It'd be curious to see how public opinion shifts when/if they switch back to the jade and eggplant jerseys.
