A bucket list worthy day
Not being from Calgary (or any other major city), I can't say I've had a brush with too many NHL'ers over the years. So for that reason and many others, I was thrilled to be able to go to Theoren Fleury's book signing here in Flin Flon today & go to see him speak to the local high school students (as well as an evening talk tonight). I came away from both experiences impressed with him as a person and very happy I was able to meet him

That's awesome! I'm not personally a fan of Fleury but that's great that you had a good experience!
My dad grew up in Flin Flon - Go Flin Flon Bombers!

that's awesome Mathalete!!
i got to meet Theo a few years ago and i thought he was a pretty cool guy. we chatted for probably close to half an hour and he signed stuff and posed for photos - pretty sweet if you ask me!

Theo is great, I have met him 4 times and always had nice lengthy convos with him. Still my favourite player of all time!
