Pumped to Watch Gullies, Andersson and Lazar draw into tonight's game. Wish Janko was along for the ride but he is the engine that Drives Stockton. Possibly into the playoffs and beyond.

I need to know if Gillies and other young guys are playing tonight because I'm thinking of skipping this one entirely if the regulars are in the lineup. Nothing game for both teams. L.A. plays a boring, grinding style. Game doesn't come on until late for me on a weeknight.

Roger Millions has Wideman with Brodie. Hamilton and Lazar in and Gillies starter.

I actually would expect Wideman to play over Andersson. A potential injury in the playoffs to one of our defenseman will point towards Wideman drawing in. Can't have a player that cold draw in.

Ugh...the 8:30 start is pretty much a non-starter for a fairly meaningless game.

Although I'd like to see Gillies and Lazar play.

I would hope that most fans would realize he's been called up on an emergency basis and the result of this game in no way indicates if he's going to be a great pro or a bust. Ortio actually fared quite well in his limited early starts and that didn't amount to anything substantial. I think the positive is more that he's getting a taste of the NHL game and it will be a good measuring stick for him going into the offseason.

If Rasmus isnt playing what's the point of having him up with the Flames at this point. Send him back to Stockton and let him play.
