I think the creepy rose ceremony confirms McDavid slept with Katz to get an Art Ross.

At the end of the Wild/Coyotes game tonight, all the Minnesota players were taking an extra minute to shake hands and say goodbye to Doan.

Not sure if he is back next year, but has great respect around the league.

How on earth do you see that as a high stick?

Imagine an oilers leafs final.

Nobody could watch it on TV because all the production equipment and electronic stuff would be shorted out beyond repair from all the broadcaster spooge over Mcdumbass and Matthews.

The Oilers and the Leafs are both in the playoffs. What is the world coming to?

26 point increase for the leafs
31 point increase for the oilers

Both have a game left today still

30th and 29th place teams last season. Didn't think they'd improve that dramatically.

This is going to be the perfect storm: a revolting media feeding frenzy, regurgitating every possible bit of McDiver and Leaf trivia at every opportunity.

You forget how to read, I said it was a follow through high stick. The blade of his stick still caught Stecher in the face. How is it not a high stick, follow through or not? Not saying he should have been penalized, because the NHL in all their wisdom has decided follow throughs aren't penalties. I'm just saying that even though his stick clobbered Stecher right in the face, the Neanderthal Lucic showed absolutely no concern and just skated over to his Oiler teammate.

Not that it matters and Stecher returned right away, but you would know if you caught someone with a high stick. Thought he could've just gave Stecher a little wave acknowledging that it was accidental.

Yeah I thought it was a great play by Lucic, and a clear follow through so no penalty.

But he doesn't even acknowledge the kid. Could have been another Bryan Berard incident, scary.
