Probably been asked, but is Pillar's hand injured again?

I got a couple drinks in me, but the #### the Jays are playing good baseball. The type of baseball that wins in the postseason.

Just caught the Jays in 30 of todays game, that steal of home on the double steal was awesome. But they only showed it once, no replays, cmon Sportsnet.

Looks like they are finally allowing them to have some fun. Although stealing and other small ball tendencies actually produce less runs in the long run, they do force attention to detail and a fun factor which this team has been missing

@israelfehr: Steve Pearce leaves the field with a slight limp after sliding into second base on a double. #BlueJays

Sanchez looks like he has a little blood on his uni down by where his throwing hand rests in the stretch.
Also, Pearce left the game in the 2nd after hitting a double and hustling into 2nd to beat the throw.

Well that sucks. 19 straight scoreless innings from the Jays bullpen comes to an end with homer from Dyson off of Leone.

Well on the positive front. There was a time we were dead last in the entire MLB.
We've now passed 8 teams. Yes the NL is so bad the 6 worst teams in the league are all over there.

MLB is so weird, if you can get yourself to .500 you're almost still in a season. We can't expect win after win, but even if we can go 7-3 in the next ten and then guys start coming back from injury we could legitimately salvage the season.
Or at the very least have some semi meaningful baseball to watch.

I was listening on the radio and they were saying if the Jays split their series with Atlanta they'll be 19-23 which is exactly where they were at last year. Given a 2-11 start I never would have expected that.
