Not like it really matters. Both are pretty much rip offs of Aretha Franklin (Chain of Fools), which is probably a rip off of something else I've never heard of.

Reminds me of the controversy regarding Girl's Generation's Run Devil Run song, which originally sung by Ke$ha. But she sold the rights to the song to Girl's Generation instead or something. Anyway here's a random mash-up of it on Youtube!
