Watching Castle today 11/5/2012. Probably the funniest most entertaining Castle ever... Bias as it's si-fi related but it is a total must watch.

I was just going to throw this in the recommend a tv show thread. Awesome Firefly (and other) references.

I literally laughed out loud 11 times. I mean my neighbors heard me, and I am not in an apartment.

Nathan Fillion is already hilarious and when he channelled William Shatner I was on the floor laughing.

I loved all the nods to Firefly....and the fact that Beckett was a sci-fi fangirl...LOL

Awesome episode. Nathan really loves firefly!
Ouch at all the jabs at Shatner though and loved the geek references.

Watched this on PVR and came on here to start this thread. Great episode of a great show.

I finally ordered Firefly on DVD after watching it.

This one of the only cop dramas that I actually like. Mostly because of Fillion though. He really makes the show work.

Stana Katic helps too.

This week Castle put out another great show. Nathan Fillion was a total show stealer (as always) but the other cast did a great job showing a different side. It was a great way to break the 4th wall without actually breaking it.

That reality show episode of Castle was great. Esposito and Ryan playing up the buddy-cop TV roles were hilarious.

Castle co lead Stana Katic will be leaving Castle after this year. It is not clear if the show will be renewed for next year.

Personally, I think the show can survive her loss as the show is always more exciting when Nathan is in front of the camera. Also, it's interesting to see the rumours about the two not getting along.
