JonDuke Franchise Player Join Date: Dec 2010 Location: Calgary Exp:	I vote 51%, but hope there is a minimum number of GMs (17 or 19?) who need to participate in each poll to have it approved/denied. IE: not having a vote go through by a 3-2 margin.
