I kind of like where the Browns are headed, but If Osweiller is the QB they aren't going anywhere fast.

Yup Lynch suuuuuuucks. Panic pick who doesn't see the game at an NFL level. I'm hopeful that T-Sizzle establishes himself as a bonafied starter but if he doesn't the Chad Kelly era is waiting in the wings. It sounds like there could be a handful of decent vet qbs on the market too.

Kizer named starting QB over Osweiler -- at least for Tampa Bay

I really like Siemian. I hope he does establish just that, but of course I have doubts.

Tough and competitive kid that doesn't make stupid mistakes very often. Just not sure he has all the tools he needs.

Sounds like it. Pats might lose 1 game now, but probably not

They will just bring some no name from obscurity off someone's practise roster and make a pro bowler out of them.

They still have Amendola, Hogan and Cooks will take some the slack. It will hurt though, but they still won the SB without Gronk.

Patriots are releasing Ealy, wow

Mike Garafolo‏
Patriots are releasing DE Kony Ealy, source said. Tried him in their scheme. Not a similar style to Ninkovich so it didn't work out.

Apparently Ealy has struggled all through camp, just didn't have what Bill wanted.

Add Spencer Ware to the growing list of impact players out for the season. Torn PCL.

Sounds like Cameron Meredith tore his ACL. Was probably gonna be the #1 receiver in Chicago

Burfict banned for 5 games after a high hit on a defenseless player.

How is that piece of #### still in the league? He never learns.

The end of that Vikes/Niners game was awesome last night! If that was regular season we'd all be talking about it today as game of the week

It's a big loss but the Pats have 6 guaranteed wins by simply playing in the AFC East. That said they have a more difficult schedule this season in that they face the Chiefs, Saints, Houston, Carolina, Tampa Bay, Atlanta, Denver, Oakland and Pittsburgh. Now they should be able to beat most of those teams but if they are off their game or Brady misses any time they could lose to any of them.

Ya, I think the Niners are going to be a better team than many think. I would not be shocked if they won 5 or 6 games this year.
